Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Items purchased directly from Petra4’s online store will be the only accepted. For products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Each item must be in its original packaging when returned, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items purchased through retailers or damaged products are non-returnable through customer mishandling.
If the item is returned without receipt, it may be refused. All rights to deny returns are reserved by Petra 4.
Occasionaly, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as a proof, in order to get a refund or have the product replaced.
As a beginning to the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
DID YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT?
Each product of ours is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase (some products are covered even longer) – If you have a faulty product, please consult our warranty page.
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your initial form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
A full refund will be credited for defective products. For fault free items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after the order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “REFUNDS” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, except for the faulty items.
Customers right to withdraw from the sale and purchase contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract gives you the right to withdraw purchases from petra4.com . The right to withdraw from the contract requires you to send us a notification within 14 days of receiving the delivery that you want to cancel the purchase.
The easiest way to regret this is by sending us an email to email@example.com with real and legitimate reasons.
However, if you find that the NDS (Natural Docking Stations), NHN (Natural House Numbers), SPN (Specimens) product was delivered damaged, for example, the stone is cracked, or the like – you should immediately notify us of such an event by sending documentation in the form of photos and / or video immediately after opening the package.

After receiving notification of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer purchases.
You have the right to a refund within 14 days if the purchase is canceled.
Returns by post are sent as a tracking package to the following address: Petra 4 , Dalsvingen 4, 7560 Vikhammer, Norway.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear your own return shipping cost.
You may have the right to withdraw from the contract even if you removed it from the packaging and tried it out. If the item is characterized by use, the refund will be accepted with a reduction of the refund amount corresponding to the impairment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, after being found, have been used improperly, have been devastated, or bear signs of significant and excessive use – such as scratches, dirt and the like – preventing them from being restored to their original condition.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods ordered according to customer specifications, including specially configured NDS/NHN/SPN. When ordering a special configuration, Petra 4 reserves the right to request part of the purchase amount as a non-refundable advance.
After return delivery, the goods (NDS, NHN, SPN) will be very carefully checked and will undergo a series of difficult tests and verifications also aimed at eliminating in the future the possibility of any similar oversights on the part of Petra 4
