1.1 – Terms and conditions below are the ones on which we supply Petra 4’s products to you through our website.
1.2 – Placing an order entails your full and unreserved adherence to these terms and conditions. You will be promptly notified about any significant changes in T&C.
2. ORDER MANAGEMENT
2.1 – You may place an order by adding an item to the Shopping Cart. If the standard order through the Shopping Cart, which is at the same time the conclusion of the agreement between Petra4 and the customer, cannot be fulfilled due to many potential logistics or technical reasons, which we will not shrink from informing the customer about by email, the customer will not be charged for the product ordered. Instead, Petra 4 will feel obliged to find a solution, which will fully satisfy the customer by for instance finding an alternative product.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
3.1 – Each product is a masterpiece itself, thus is unique.
3.2 – We will make every effort to portray our products such as NDS(Natural Docking Stations), NHN (Natural House Numbers), SPN (Specimens) with accessories, exclusive packaging and other identically as in real life, however due to the uniqueness of our products, they can slightly differ on some characteristics such as color or other pictured in the photos on our website.
4. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
4.1 – Terms of delivery are stated in the tab Shipping. We deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible.
4.2 – If there are any problems with delivery due to any possible reason, we will try our best to solve them and minimize the effect of the delay, as well as inform the customer about them.
5.1 – All warranty conditions are stated in separate tab WARRANTY.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1 – The price is indicated with each product, however there is a possibility of configuration or purchase of particular elements after previous contact with Petra 4.
6.2 – In case of personal orders such as configuration of additional elements or the stone itself, which can be delivered by the customer from other sources such as our partner companies with our help or by the customer on their own, the price and delivery conditions will be laid down individually.
6.3 – Once we receive payment, the product will appear on our website as sold and will be dispatched to the customer.
6.4 – Petra 4 does not carry on hire purchase.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 – The entire liability of Petra 4 to you in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement due to any reasons will be limited only to the price paid by the customer.
7.2 – Petra 4 in no event will be responsible for any loss of yours in respect of this Agreement.
7.3 – In the view if the above we recommend prudent purchase to avoid any undesirable actions.
8.1 – You shall indemnify Petra 4 against all claims, costs and expenses which Petra 4 may incur, and which arise, directly or indirectly, from your breach of any of its obligations under the Agreement, including any claims brought against Petra 4 alleging that any Products provided by Petra 4 in accordance with the Order infringes a patent, copyright or trade secret or other similar right of a third party.
9. PROPERTY RIGHTS
9.1 – Our website contains graphic, visual and textual elements and illustrations all protected by copyrights, rights on the image, rights on models or trademark rights, the holders or owners of which are either Petra 4, third parties or business entities cooperating or sharing their resources with Petra 4.
9.2 – Any of Petra 4’s or other parties reproduction, copy, imitation, publication, communication, marketing or use for commercial purposes of one or more of the Intellectual Property Rights and on any medium whatsoever, whether partially or fully cannot be carried out without the prior and written authorization of the rights holders.
10. DATA PRIVACY
11.1 – All these terms constitute the entire agreement between us and the customer in relation to their purchase. These terms supersede and extinguish all other agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings, whether written or oral, in relation to your purchase.
12.OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
12.1 – This contract is between you and us. Nobody else has any rights under this contract. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its term.
12.2 – In the event of law incompatibility of any paragraph stated on Petra 4’s website, the relevant regulations of the Civil Code will be applied. The remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Petra 4 prides itself on its attention to detail and the quality of its products and used materials of the best other producers.
We offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty for most of all of our stones, so you can rest assured that your NDS (Natural Docking Stations), NHN (Natural House Numbers), SPN (Specimens) will stand the test of time during normal use. Other electronics items such as cables, Qi chargers and other products except main stone or small specimens especially dedicated in EDUCATION version are covered by their warranty services Warranty and you should refer separately to their use attached in original package.
All of our products as NDS,NHN,SPN are covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty one – 1 year usually manufacturer’s warranty of other electronics items producers.
However, for the good of our clients, we try to prevent our satisfied client from remaining with the defective product and struggling with the problem of replacement or repair. Please direct any reservations or comments as well as questions to our technical department at Petra 4.
At Petra 4, we work tirelessly to improve and provide the best service to our unique customers. Also in the delivery of our products often by our trusted people directly to the customer with full anonymity and discretion.
All delivery options are agreed individually or can be determined with a typical order placement through “BASKET”.

Some NDS,NHN,SPN copies must undergo a verification process such as being able to be fitted with electronic components and other as per the customer’s request, therefore Petra 4 reserves the right to immediate availability of the product and thus its shipping, and the process of processing and availability of the chosen NDS,NHN,SPN GALLERY will be agreed each time individually with the customer and delivery time may change. This does not apply to NDS,NHN,SPN products marked as “AVAILABLE” when added to the shopping cart.
All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our company distribution center in Norway.
Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.
Some countries apply duties, VAT , or separated fees on shipments received from Norway or European Union countries. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. We in Petra 4 will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries’ officials and mail systems.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 15 PM (local time in Europe). Orders placed after 10 AM on Friday (local European time ) will be processed next working day.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location and desired shipping speed. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page
The product price and all shipping costs are detailed also on the invoice attached to the goods. (unless the client wishes otherwise).
Most standard shipments are sent through several carriers and postal service providers. Packages usually reach their destination in from 1 to two week in Europe, but occasionally take longer. Due to the characteristics of the product and depending on the type of carrier, we recommend that each package should be insured for shipment and tracking option.
All shipping options can be agreed with us individually.
In addition, we recommend especially the more expensive NDS,NHN,SPN Petra 4 copies should be provided by private carriers and covered by special insurance.
Most standard shipments sent from Europe are shipped through several carriers and postal services providers, but are handed off to your local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country.
Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks or more for some destinations.
You are not satisfied with your product?
We don’t think so, but of course you can:
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Items purchased directly from Petra4’s online store will be the only accepted. For products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Each item must be in its original packaging when returned, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items purchased through retailers or damaged products are non-returnable through customer mishandling.
If the item is returned without receipt, it may be refused. All rights to deny returns are reserved by Petra 4.
Occasionaly, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as a proof, in order to get a refund or have the product replaced.

DID YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT?
Each product of ours is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase (some products are covered even longer) – If you have a faulty product, please consult our warranty page.
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your initial form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
A full refund will be credited for defective products. For fault free items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after the order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “REFUNDS” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, except for the faulty items.
Customers right to withdraw from the sale and purchase contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract gives you the right to withdraw purchases from petra4.com . The right to withdraw from the contract requires you to send us a notification within 14 days of receiving the delivery that you want to cancel the purchase.
The easiest way to regret this is by sending us an email to email@example.com with real and legitimate reasons.
However, if you find that the NDS (Natural Docking Stations), NHN (Natural House Numbers), SPN (Specimens) product was delivered damaged, for example, the stone is cracked, or the like – you should immediately notify us of such an event by sending documentation in the form of photos and / or video immediately after opening the package.

After receiving notification of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer purchases.
You have the right to a refund within 14 days if the purchase is canceled.
Returns by post are sent as a tracking package to the following address: Petra 4 , Dalsvingen 4, 7560 Vikhammer, Norway.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear your own return shipping cost.
You may have the right to withdraw from the contract even if you removed it from the packaging and tried it out. If the item is characterized by use, the refund will be accepted with a reduction of the refund amount corresponding to the impairment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, after being found, have been used improperly, have been devastated, or bear signs of significant and excessive use – such as scratches, dirt and the like – preventing them from being restored to their original condition.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods ordered according to customer specifications, including specially configured NDS/NHN/SPN. When ordering a special configuration, Petra 4 reserves the right to request part of the purchase amount as a non-refundable advance.
After return delivery, the goods (NDS, NHN, SPN) will be very carefully checked and will undergo a series of difficult tests and verifications also aimed at eliminating in the future the possibility of any similar oversights on the part of Petra 4
